Production

We are committed to making the highest quality while checking and controlling high standards of social responsibility in the workplace

We only work with dedicated factories for each product group and often we work with just one factory per product group and these factories have been selected during our 20 years of experience ! All factories have proven over the years to offer us the high quality we require but also give us the flexibility to produce quick and when needed produce smaller quantities.  Long term relationships in China offer a lot of benefits and we pay great attention to all our factories.

All our factories have been audited SEDEX 4 Pillar and our food contact factories have done the GMP audit.

We have two full time quality inspectors working in Great Premiums that do inspections during and after productions and are even in our factories when containers are loaded to make sure everything will arrive in good condition and our factories fully cooperate with these quality checks.

- We guarantee the safety and quality of every element in our product design , development and manufacturing.

- It is our ethical responsibility as Great Premiums but also because it is our responsibility to protect your company and brand integrity

AUDITING and Q & A

- We have our own quality assurance and part of the contract with our factories takes us beyond labour issues , ensuing all manufacturers respect our Code of Conduct.

- Your needs can be implemented at all time and we welcome you to visit our manufacturers.

- All our factories have been audited Sedex 4 Pillar, GMP or BSCI.

TESTING 

- All our items are designed to meet EN71 and ASTM standards

- We work with Intertek Hong Kong for all laboratory tests and we share these testreports with you.
